Technological Innovations
Promote and facilitate technological innovations (telehealth, artificial intelligence, machine learning, etc.).
Knowledge Transfer
Facilitate knowledge transfer with communities within the McGill RUISSS
Big Data
Collect and analyse big data to support continuous quality improvement and inform the development of public policies.
High Risk Identification
Facilitate the early identification of individuals at high risk of decompensation in order to implement preventive interventions.
Knowledge Mobilisation
Carry out knowledge mobilization and learning activities for older adults, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
Improve Access
Improve access to care for older adults throughout their care journey, from home to long-term care facilities
Community
Work with community healthcare professionals to improve early detection and follow-up of chronic diseases
Raise Awareness
Raise awareness among healthcare professionals about the diversity of older adults (age cohorts, language, culture, gender, etc.).
Support Caregivers
Support caregivers through innovative programs that promote their well-being and strengthen their role in the care continuum.
